These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and the services provided by Field Bridge Systems LLC ("Field Bridge Systems," "we," "us"). By using our website, signing up for our services, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Field Bridge Systems builds, hosts, and maintains websites for contractors and local businesses on a monthly subscription. Depending on your plan, your service may include a website with hosting, contact and quote forms, missed-call text back, a review request system, customer remarketing, and access to our mobile app for managing leads and messages. Reasonable content updates such as text, photos, hours, and services are included. New pages beyond your plan, full redesigns, or custom features are quoted separately before any work begins.

2. Billing and Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. When you sign up, we collect your card or bank account, but you are not charged until your website goes live. You review a preview of your site before launch, and your first payment is due on your launch date. After that, you are billed monthly on that same date at your plan's price.

Prices do not include Pennsylvania sales tax, which is added at checkout where required. If you signed up at a founder rate, that rate stays locked for as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and later return, current pricing applies. For all other plans, we will give at least 30 days' notice before any price change.

If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry it. You can update your payment method anytime through the billing portal link we provide. If a failed payment is not resolved within 7 days, we may pause your service until your account is current.

3. Cancellation

There is no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we do not provide refunds for partial months. If you cancel before your site goes live, you are never charged.

4. Ownership

You own your content, including your business name, logo, photos, written material you provide, and your customer list. If your domain is registered in your name, it remains yours. If we registered your domain for you, we will transfer it to you on request after you cancel, and you cover any registrar transfer or renewal fees. On request, we will also export your customer contacts. The website design, code, templates, platform, and hosting account remain the property of Field Bridge Systems.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information and only content you have the right to use.
Not use our services for anything illegal, harmful, or deceptive.
Only send text messages through our tools to people who have contacted you or agreed to hear from you, and follow applicable texting laws.
Not offer rewards in exchange for reviews or post fake reviews.

6. Portfolio

We may show your website and logo in our portfolio and marketing materials. We will remove them on request.

7. Text Messaging

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Field Bridge Systems about your inquiry, appointment reminders, project updates, account and billing notices, and occasional service information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for help. You can also reach us at 855-703-8087 or [email protected]. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Service Availability

We work to keep your website and tools running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our services rely on outside providers such as hosting companies, phone carriers, Google, and payment processors, and outages can result from factors outside our control. We will work to restore anything affected as quickly as we can.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific search rankings, leads, or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. We may suspend or end service for nonpayment, misuse of the texting features, or illegal activity.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active clients by email or text at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing your subscription after that means you accept the updated Terms.
